Non-fiction films. Made with honesty, simplicity and integrity.

Dutch filmmaker Corinne van der Borch, based in Brooklyn, established Wondertime Films in order to create ‘ordinary magic’, by collecting intimate authentic stories and visuals, which can easily go unseen by using her camera as a notebook. Mentored by experimental filmmaker Alan Berliner and the pioneer of Direct Cinema Albert Maysles ( Grey Gardens, Gimme Shelter), her work has screened in Copenhagen, Edinburgh, London, Amsterdam, Venice, New York and Los Angeles. She produced and directed her first feature length documentary 'Girl with Black Balloons', about BETTINA, the oldest living resident of the Chelsea Hotel which won the Grand Jury Metropolis prize at DOC NYC in 2011. Together with Sant & Usant Corinne co- directed the Netflix Original documentary 'Sisters On Track', world première at CPH:DOX 2021.
